World's Tiniest Homes

Major dengue danger, tiny source.

All it takes is stagnant water the size of a 20¢ coin for Aedes mosquitoes to breed.

World's Tiniest Homes is an exhibition of 20¢-sized mosquito home dioramas, illustrating how mosquitoes have sneakily invaded our homes to build theirs. It aims to dramatise the scale of actual mosquito breeding grounds against the danger they bring. Come in, have a look at what these pesky little creatures get up to when we let our guard down.

Done in collaboration with local miniature sculpture artist Jocelyn Teo (@aiclay).
We brought our tiny residents to the heartlands – their most coveted accommodation.
